Handle my pension fund

I used to work at clicks edenmeadows as NP for a couple of months and I must say am so disappointed as to how my resignation has been handled by management. It's been over 5months and I am still struggling to get my pension funds processed with the store Manger taking Me back and fourth after all documents have been submitted am honestly getting frastrated by how I am being treated as an ex employee. I'm at a point where I'm clueless as to what I must do moving forward so maybe exposing them will make them take me serious can someone please get back to me I'm really Disappointed...
