HAIR BRUSH DISASTER!!!!!

Just before Christmas i went to buy an Essentials (Clicks Brand) hair brush - it was the big blowing brush for R129 !! fine ill pay that price for the brush hoping it will do the job .... after the 3rd use of the brush the bristles on the one side is all flat !!!! and to make things worse it PULLS MY HAIR OUT!! so where the top part of the brush connects with the handle there is a gap and my hair get stuck in there when blowing out my hair and it cannot be removed cause its stuck i need to break my hair to get it out!!!! im so disappointed !!! my hair brush is essential in my life but for that price and it gives me so much grief .... if i continue to use this brush i will end up bald!!!!
