guy kind to call knowing i needed a certain produc

i cant remember the guys name, but ive been anxiously waiting for the babyliss curl secret to go on special... i waited like a year and actually hoped it would go at 50 % this week... but it didnt... i called the call centre where the guy confirmed that the offer of the week wasnt made known yet but he so sweetly called me back telling me it wasnt on special... then later... he called again to tell me it was less 30%... although still way over budget... i sat at clicks for half hour debating with myself whether to take it or not... and eventually i did... though a bit of a cut to my pocket... im really happy... so thanks
