Grumpy & Rude Employee at Clicks Southdowns

I’m not someone who complains but I thought I should do so because of a constant attitude I always receive from an employee at Clicks Southdowns Shopping Centre named Zandile. She is extremely rude and always grumpy.I’m always shopping at that specific store because it’s convenient for me but as for most of the employees there, they are extremely rude I’m not sure why.Zandile is one of them, she’s always rude and grumpy, she doesn’t greet or make eye contact. Today 26 Jan 22, I went to buy a few items and I was served by her, she didn’t greet me, didn’t offer me a plastic to put my items in,I had to tell her that I need a plastic and that’s when she rang it up. She doesn’t make eye contact, she’s the whole time staring at the screen. This is not the first time ,it has happened countless times and I thought should lay a complaint regarding her rotten attitude. How can you have someone so grumpy assisting customers. It’s ridiculous!
