GRIEVANCE!!

I am reporting the poor service and harassment I have just experienced and witnessed at the Clicks store in Braamfontein.<br> A security guard by the name of Simon Shongwe insisted on ravaging through my handbag, and other customer's handbags upon entry and exist of the store. <br> He then proceeded to mark every cosmetic item (whether clicks branded or not) with yellow tape and a blue marker. He said the reason he was doing that was because I refused to leave my handbag (with my personal belongings and documents) on the floor, by the door while I went into the store to shop. <br> I asked him why I had to do that.
