Greenstone clicks pharmacy a danger zone

The clicks Greenstone branch pharmacy is a danger zone. The pharmacists and assistants do not know what they are doing, even asking clients for details of the medication that they should have. They are more concerned about sitting in the back area and the queues of clients build up as do the frustrations. Frequently the medication is not available which requires repeat visits to the centre . The staff lack enough training in the medication and ask for generic and medication names from the clients. On one occasion the pharmacist assistant had to draw pictures to calculate how many tablets to dispense. Obviously the complaints department doesn't care either, I contacted them on Saturday and by Wednesday there was still no response
