Great service received.

I had previously written about an unpleasant experience with Clicks online shopping. An item was missing from the parcel and reported to Clicks. I'm glad to report that Clicks officials followed up and promptly replaced the missing item. Dispite the lack of communication on their part, they worked in the background and replaced the missing item. My faith in Clicks was restored and I wish to thank them for that. I will order online again, but will be sure to open up the next parcel in the store - in front of the clerk. Thank you so much for the service received.
