Great service from Nigel Rhoda @ Clicks

I submitted an online prescription on the clicks website. The pharmacy I was looking for was not listed so i selected the next closest option. I got a call 10min later from Nigel Rhoda (Clicks Central Pharmacy Call Centre team) to inform me that my order was in process and will notify once ready for collection. I informed him that I actually chose the second best option as my first option was not available in the list. He quickly made the change on his end and sent me an update on my order.
