Great service experience

I went to clicks in Jabulani mall to return an appliance I bought in December, unfortunately I lost the club card I had used when bought the appliance. Joe explained that due to company policy they couldn’t refund me because I didn’t have the club card but in the midst of my frustration Joe and Nelisiwe sorted it all out and even got me a new club card. Thanks for the great service guys. I’m definitely shopping there!
