Great Service at Clicks, Sunbel Centre, Bellville

I often visit this store as I find it convenient as it is located close the parking area. As Clicks Stores go this one has limited stock due to its small trading floor and the service is generally what one can expect from retail stores these days. (Though one can sometimes understand the lethargy when they cannot even come out on their salaries in the first week whilst the bosses live lives of opulence earning beyond what they deserve)

I visited the Clicks store at the Sunbel Centre in Bellville on Wednesday this week and purchased several items on special. Whilst busy with the transaction the cash register operator's cash register froze. She immediately asked her colleague to assist me at our cash register and assisted the process to speed things up. Her attitude was one of graciousness and the customer service ethos which is so important to brick and mortar retailers these days.

I was at the store again on Friday and once again I was served by the same cashier, she happily told me that her cash register was working again and just has such a great attitude. A great genuine smile. Unfortunately I do not know her name, however it was a team effort with this cashier just having a great attitude that was the icing and the cherries on the cake!!
