I trust you are well,

On the 24th of October I had placed an order with clicks and upon receiving it on the 25th of October I had noticed I was 4 items sort. I had contacted Clicks customer services and was told that someone would call me back regarding this. Later that day I received a call and spoke to a guy by the name of Carl( my apologies, I didn’t get his surname), from the 26th of October until today the 30th of December, Carl kept me updated on this query.

I would just want to compliment him on his courteous conducts as we as customers hardly receive such treatment anymore.

Without any hassles he managed to locate my products and have it to me so timeously. I’m very pleased by this and will be using clicks again,
