GREAT EMPLOYEE

Good Day (To the owner/s and Stake and Shareholders of CLICKS store in GATEWAY MALL). Festive and seasons greetings to you all. I hope and trust that you are keeping well. Before I get so busy with my life. I took this time to reflect on the people that have had touched my heart and given me the utmost respect that I deserve in life itself this year been 2017. By the way this was on my to do list. I would love to take this opportunity to compliment one (1) of your staff members who is and goes by the name of Lutchmee. I hope I have had spelt her name correct. Forgive me if I have had not. On Sunday the 17th of December 2017 at around 10am. I together with my mum came into your store. My mum uses the walking sticks to help her walk and support her illness been issues with her legs. During the December times stores do get busy but I could not find anyone in the section to help my mum for a product or item that she together with myself came to purchase. I then took a walk to the back of the store. So this female when I had asked her what was her name she stated with the greatest mannerism and utmost respect towards me been the customer that her name was LUTCHMEE. I then asked LUTCHMEE if she could be kind as to assist my mum with the product. I greeted her with great politeness and queried about the product. I was so amazed inside of me. I would love to place on your HR report of record that based on customer service of level satisfaction from me to LUTCHMEE she is an ASSET to the company and store. May she get a promotion higher up in life. We only spent about just about approximately 10 minutes in your store just for that one item all THANKS to LUTCHMEE. Normally I would wait for about more than 30 minutes in the store. WELL DONE LUTCHMEE KEEP UP THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVELS at the store. LUTCHMEE has great customer qualities within herself.
