Great customer service

<p>I recently used the Clicks online shopping system for the first time for a product that wasn't available locally in store. There has been a delay with the order due to courier issues and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the online shopping team to advise they knew of the delay and would resolve it asap. This proactive response and generally all my interactions with the Clicks stores have been very good. Together with the Clicks cash back rewards, which are actually fair to the customer, makes shopping here very rewarding, so much so that I wish other retailers would follow their example or that I could buy my groceries here too! Awesome SA company in my opinion!</p>
