Great customer service

I had an issue with my online click and collect order, where the pickup location (branch) never scanned my parcel. So I was never informed that the parcel was ready for collection. I raised my concern (and frustration) with the head office and was surprised at how much they cared and appreciated the feedback. I do hope however that the branch in question will improve on their service, but I am happy that when a concern is raised to customer care it doesn't fall on deaf ears.
