Great Clicks Experience from Contact Centre to Capricorn Store

The Clicks team blew me away today! Nicole Benito in the contact centre helped me so professionally when I called with a product quality issue - she quickly arranged with my closest branch for them to do an exchange and really went out of her way. She was very pleasant and helpful throughout. Then at the store (Clicks Capricorn), the team there were stars as always. The beauty consultant, Judith, was super friendly and helpful and so was the manager, I missed her name but I think it was Noma. Like an idiot I didn't bring my receipt and had to call it up on my phone and email it to them while I was there, but they never made me feel like I was being a hassle.
