Great attitude presented by Clicks River Square Mall Staff

Mmmm where do i start....because im just so amazed with the excellent treatmemt i received from clicks staff members on the 28th of September 2017.

So here i am, a pregnant fairy walking into the shop just to get one thing "perfume". So i walk to the aile and as i chose various bottles, the security guard a wonderful lady noticed i cant juggle with the 4 bottles in my hands together withmy handbag and another plastic from another store so she brings me a basket. I thanked her and as i went down to get to till point, my eyes got attracted with the prices of the soaps, lotions and toilet paper and the mix and match a d 3 for 2 prices and YES this is what i love about clicks! Now my basket is full qns with my pregy bellu its not easy to carry so i started pushing it on the fllor amd one of th3 sales consultants came to me and took the basket and called for a colleague to get me a trolley and ahe proceeded to the till point with all my staff, i was quite wowed. It doesnt stop there, the cashier startes a conversation with me while serving me and even asked how im doing with the pregnancy and we were laughing, i had a great experience. The manager at this store should keep grooming the staff like this because i walked out with a smile due to the great warm service i received. Thank you Clicks. Wish all other shops would follow suite.
