Great after sale service!

I purchased items from Clicks which was on special - the special price was not charged. I sent a direct message to Clicks on Facebook, and within a matter of 3 days the problem was solved. A friendly manager from Clicks in Eikestad (Joseph) called, organised the refund and apologised more than once. This is great service. Thanks, Clicks Eikestad!
