Got there first - Told I'd be helped last - Because employee was in a bad mood

<p>Got to Clicks Cornwall View just around 9am. There's a line for script collections. I stood in line and waited my turn. Told the guy that I was there to collect a script that was faxed through earlier. He seemed annoyed with me for some reason saying that the script wouldn't be ready and he's not aware about a script for me. I asked him to please check for the fax and get it ready for me. He went to the back for a few seconds and came back insisting that there's no script and I should call the doctors rooms to re-fax. I showed him the WhatsApp message between myself and the doctor, confirmed the fax number was correct, confirmed the fax was sent by the doctor themselves and he still insisted that there was nothing. At 09:14, I called the doctors rooms to ask them to resend the script. A minute later he emerges with a copy of the script and I confirmed that was the one. He then asked me to go stand at the back of the que so I can be helped (after the people who arrived after me). I then noticed that the time stamp on the script was printed was BEFORE I made my call to the doctors rooms to resend it - at 09:07 around the time he was at the fax machine looking for the script (I took a photo of this). I was obviously not feeling well but waited my turn like everyone else and got messed around because of the chemists' own negligence and was then asked by this guy to stand at the back of the que again after the time stamp of the fax clearly indicated it was there all along. I didn't agree with how this guy was treating me (probably as a result of his own issues - not mine) and took the script and drove another 10kms to Dischem to fill it - R1000.00 cash!! At least I was treated with a bit more respect there. Sorry Clicks, this behavior is unacceptable and I won't be visiting this store again in future. </p>
