GOODBYE CLICKS, HELLO DIS-CHEM

On 24 April 2021, I emailed a complaint to Clicks.

On 26 April 2021, Clicks reponded as follows: "We acknowledge receipt of your complaint which we received on the 24th April 2021. This serves to confirm that your complaint has been referred to the Operational Management Team for a comprehensive response. We will communicate with you again when we have received feedback."

That is a stock standard response.

17 days later and I have received no response. I wouldn't hold my breath. But I won't shop there again. Dis-Chem are professional and care for their customers.
