Good Service from management

I bought products at clicks earlier today and experienced some problem with my club card which made it impossible to add points to my club card but luckily I received help from a very kind and patient lady from the stores management, I think her name was Elena, she just did everything she could to ensure that we (me and my friend) got out the store as satisfied customers and even bought us water to make up for the inconvenience, so I just want to say Thank you very much and keep up the good work.
