Good service

I recently brought an appliance back to the store to have it replaced. The staff who assisted me was professional and friendly. They listened to my concerns about the appliance and assured me they would take it up with the manufacturer. Just the way they handled the situation made me feel valued and that my concerns were heard. When I browsed the aisle for a replacement, the floor walker was very helpful too.
