Good Day, One of your KZN stores was out of stock with a promotional item which was within a week. The acting Store-manager could not assist. I had to request details of senior management and chatted to Varona (regional manager) who was on leave at that time however went to the extent and assisted me. Call me back to check if was all sorted. A huge thank you to her and I honestly commend you on your great customer service s****s. Its people like you builds the reputation of a company as you did not brush me of with some kind of excuse or policy. You have retained me as a customer. A star performer recognition award MR COO to this lady. I would like to make a recommendation that HO empowers their managers to make certain decisions and not micro mange that is if it is happening. Out of stock can be resolved if the site orders instead of the system as I was told previously which will prevent out of lines items.
