Good evening on Thursday 2021-06-24 just before 6pm I went to Clicks store at Highveld mall . I noticed the promotion of Baby soft in one of the aisle on a shelf. The attached drew my attention and I took 2 Baby soft 9 rolls , when I got to the till the cashier scanned them and told me R124 told her about the promotion, she called her manager who asked for the promo pamphlet. He then told me that the ones I have are not on promotion and they went to get me 2 Baby Soft mini 9 rolls. I asked how do they differentiate which ones are on promotion when the attached sticker doesn't specify and that led the manager to call another manager who acknowledges that the attached didn't specify but insisted that it wasn't on promotion. Things were getting out of hand i requested for the head office customer service. I kindly need an explanation for the attached picture. To me that's false marketing especially if the sticker doesn't specify or differentiate. I'm not happy at all with how the matter was handled at store level. I kindly need intervention and a sound explanation. Kind regards Noluthando ***
