Gonubie Clicks Has The Worst Service Ever

Clicks Gonubie has the worst service EVER!! The level of incompetence and nonchalant behavior at the store is beyond comprehensible. I filled in a club card form at that store 5 months ago and to this day my club card has not been registered. Mind you the day I dropped off the forms the staff were chatting about at the last till while only one cashier was working and customers were queuing. Not a single care in the world.

Then yesterday I went to the store to purchase R15 airtime. Asavela decides he will give me R15 All-in-one airtime which is data. When I got home and put the airtime in I realized I had been given the incorrect voucher and I live too far to go back to the store. My levels of annoyance with that store are beyond boiling point. If it's not their speedpoints double billing when you swipe it's ****py service and untrained nonchalant staff that don't pay attention to customers but sit and chat all day long.
