Going the extra mile

I bought milk powder for my baby @ Clicks in Three Rivers (Riversquare), but mistakenly threw my slip away when I got home. When we took our baby to the Paediatrician, she said that we should change the milk. Since the milk was unopened, I wanted to exchange it to the milk as prescribed by the doctor. We were financially drained, so could not keep it and just buy another one. When I got to Clicks and told the lady what the problem is (not having a slip), she immediately assisted me to look on my profile (as I swiped my Clicks card). They were so busy, but she still assisted me to pull my invoice to enable me to exchange it. I really appreciated her a lot!
