Going the extra mile

I'd just like to compliment the service I received from Sinalo at Clicks in Canal walk. My sister had a very bad headache and thought she would find Grandpa at the till. There wasn't any at the till so Sinalo offered to go fetch it for us. We really appreciate his service and very kind personality. Its almost gotten usual to receive bad service that we have to applaud when ever we receive service such as the service Sinalo gave to us. Thank you very much for the amazing service.
