After endlessly struggling with my last pharmacy, which never managed to dispense my chronic scripts correctly, I finally gave up the battle and moved my business to Clicks in Morningside. What a pleasure! Both my husband and my scripts are always dispensed correctly. Moreover, my levies have dropped to R17.00 a month (and only because I prefer one generic to another). At the previous (well-known) pharmacy, the levies ranged from R70 to R450 a month - even though the same medications were dispensed every month. I was always told it was the "Medical Aid that sets the levies" when I tried to query the discrepancy.
