Giving bad service to customers at Xmas time

Went into clicks Seapoint. Bought 3 for 2 items...as advertised with the label. Get to the till its not that stock.....Then get the staff to fix it on the shelf and indicate properly. Then took 3 body lotions same thing the pricing is incorrectly depicted on the shelf....i ask Phumeza who is a manager at the branch to come and view with me and she lifts up the label which is covering the right price with an attitude she rolls her eyes...i told her she can roll her eyes....but she must remember that her Bad attitude with customers will get her nowhere in life. Acknowledge each and every customer with dignity. Dont do retail if you dont have the passion.....work shop your staff....nobody even smiles or greets except the cashiers......disappointed.
