GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK ASAP!!!

Absolutely pathetic service. I placed an order via their online platform on 2 May 2020 and I have not yet received the order! I contacted them and they gave me a reference number and I still haven't been contacted by anyone. I went to the store to try and follow up and I was told that they cannot assist me and that I must take it up with the call centre. I emailed their customer service and still no one has bothered to contact me, instead they gave me a "R50 off your next online order" voucher....I don't want your silly voucher, I want the products that I ordered OR my money bac**** That's it!!!

I tried contacting their useless contact centre today, 3 June 2020, and when I got through the person that answered my call did not speak and decided to mute the call. I then dropped the call and tried again. My second call was not answered and I dropped after holding for 13 minutes.
