Give me back my money Clicks

I am appalled by the treatment I have recieved from Clicks. Their website approved an order I made online only to find that when my stuff were delivered not everything was there. Queried and I was told that the item was out of stock and was asked how I would like to be refunded, via my clicks clubcard or into my bank account. I chose my bank account and gave them all the details and I was told I would recieve my money after 14 to 17 working days. I was told this on th 19th of August 2020. I have done follow ups and all I get is an apology for the inconvenience and the unavailability of the person who is said to be in charge of my case (Darren). Clicks I want my money, it may mean nothing to you but it means something to me and I want it!!!!
