GITA THE RUDE CLICKS GATEWAY PHARMACY MANAGER

24/07/2023 I went to clicks to collect my chronic medication as I had received a message that it was ready for pick up but the date on the card had the 25/07/2023. When I got to the store I was told that I can not get it on the 24th because it was still in the box and that was around 18:00. I went there the next day on 25/07/2023 I was told by a woman named GITA at the pharmacy that it is an inconvenience to her that I got there around 18:00 and she is annoyed by that so I should leave. I asked for the store manager who did not address the situation and had given me an incorrect email address which was ***. I went back there today and the Gita lady was still being rude and said I had to go to the clinic to now get the medication and she stood there and **** and said I got there at 7. I told her to check the cameras so she can see on both days that I was on time. I asked for the manager and they brought her how is such a manager in place and was loud and rude. I still don't have my medication and how am I to travel to the clinic when I don't have money for it who has to fund that because I was the on time and when I should have been there. This is chronic medication that I need. Should we just go on to suing you guy's for such mistreatment and keeping my chronic medication away from me because it's an inconvenience for someone who doesn't want to do their job.
