Gift Voucher

I purchased a gift voucher at Clicks Cresta. On arriving home, I could not find it. Phoned Cresta and asked them to look at cashier whether it was left behind. No one came back to me. Went in today and spoke to manager. She phoned customer services who said I have no claim. The voucher was not cashed in and was suspended immediately by customer services. Yet it cannot be re-issued. I am flabbergasted that my money is now in a suspense account and I cannot get a new voucher. If it was my credit card that was lost, it would be cancelled and re issued immediately. Very sad that Clicks cannot or will not re issue my gift voucher.
