Gift Card transaction

<p>On the 12-June 2016 Went to Clicks at Jabulani Mall. At the till i was serviced by Slindile Nyamba. As per usual i gavde her my club card then she threw it back at me i then decided to ignore her. When i was paying i used the gift card that you can use at any stiore at the mall. She asked me for a pin number and gift cards dont require pin number. I told her that no shop has aked me for a pin number when i use the gift card, Slindile reised her voive at me and she said"What am I suppose to do if the POS prompts me for the pin. (Woza wena uzo zenzala)which means I should come to the side of her till and perform the transaction my self. I asked for her manager the name is Lebogang Tsotetsi it was not much help, because the first question he asked me was. Have i ever uised the card before while the cashier was having the worst F***N attitude ever. Dony know jow hw was appointed as a MAnager with no management s****s at all. I am never going back to that store and I want a formal aplology from Slindile. My consumer rights were violeted mnx!!1</p>
