Gift Card
I bought my mom gift cards for her birthday/ They can't accept the gift cards because of system errors! The way they treat the person who wants to buy on their gift cards - that don't work, is very pass the buck like. No explanation, no help even from the call center. She only want to use her gift that was already paid for! Clicks owe her money (because of the gift card) not the other way around! It is not nice to stand at the pay point and do not have enough cash to cover the items you picked because you didn't need cash at that stage because you thought your gift card would be accepted! So cross!
