Garden route mall Clicks - 0 customer service

Garden Route Mall - The service in this branch have been deteriorating for a few months... As a very regular customer to this branch, I cannot fault the Pharmacy and health care department. They are perfect. However this is being affected by the poorly trained staff at the check in counters. Today I was next in line at the check out. There were 6 clients behind me and 2 open check out desks. This is not the issue, the issue was that 2 staff walked pass me, and had a good old chat and laugh. Nobody acknowledged the clients. Please train your staff in customer service and just acknowledging your clients.
