Furious at Clicks
I order quite a bit of things from clicks every month and it states 1-3 business days for delivery and I always get it on time.
Yesterday was 3 business days and I logged a complaint with clicks, no one has even bothered to contact me back.
I am furious because my son has no nappies and formula and now I have to buy more to compensate until I receive my order.
The service is ridiculous as the courier company has had my parcel since Tuesday.
I will never make use of clicks again, sadly disappointed because I prefer having my things delivered, but now I will rather go into checkers and get it immediately.
Loyal client now lost!

Then I am told there might be delays due to unrest that happened in other cities.
So my order came from JNB to CPT in literally one day, one would expect delays in that happening, my order has been in CPT for literally 3 days.. what unrest happened in Cape Town? Someone please explain this to me because maybe I missed something
