Full refund and more!

I did an online order for numerous items, the one item reflected 'in stock', I added it and paid for it. When they dispatched my order they realized there was no stock, phoned me immediately and offered full refund plus extra points for the inconvenience. I did not even have to phone, email or complain. Now, this is what service should be! All the more reason why Clicks is my preferred pharmacy and baby care shop!
