Frustrating on-line shopping experience

Poor customer service with on line shopping. I am unable to change quantities or delete items in my shopping trolley. I sent an e-mail to them to clear the trolley, and they wrote back asking if I wanted to clear the trolley ???? Still no action after 1 week.
