Frustrated customer

I purchased a hair dryer in April 2023 (sadeway) and it stopped working 3 months after the warranty. The store manager of click ferndale on republic refused to exchange the item and so did the area manager for this area. Question: How does a customer say when a product will stop working and foretell its life span.

Highly frustrated at their service and safe way appliances seem to be a problem. Watch out gor these appliances as they only work for a year.
