FRUAD AT PHARMACY!!!

After loosing my cool again, and almost screeming over the phone, I spoke to 3 colleagues about the problems I keep on having at Clicks Equestria. I have one script, with 6 CRONIC items. Since I have been using Clicks Equestria, there have been 2 times in the last 7 months that some of the items I can’t get because it says it already has been dispensed!

How is that possible????

I thought it might be a problem at Discovery, (but after speaking to my colleagues; they are all on different medical aids), I phoned them, and after being on the phone for more than an hour, they still can’t explain how it is possible for 1 script, that has NEVER been splitted, to have some items dispensed and some not. I have bipolar and have been on the same medication for more than 10 years. I used med-express delivery before, and I have NEVER ever had that problem. Not even 1 time.

The only thing that makes sense is that there has to be a ***** problem at the pharmacy. If I haven’t lost my cool again, and spoken to my colleagues, I would have never found out that there are other people too who have the same problem??

I think it is imperative that a good forensic audit is done, because the things that keep on happening can’t be a coincidence. And it’s all on schedule 5 medisyne and up that this keeps on happening.
