Bought a clicks special buy 2 get 1 free Shampoo and conditioner The one cap was damaged. The guy behind the counter told me I'm not paying for it so it's fine. I was so shocked. I do understand what he was saying but I still felt I'm a paying customer. That's not what he should have said. I took the item as they didn't have anymore. I should not have as it was awkward to keep a broken tube....
