********** medical aid submission

On 23 January 2016 I sent my son to Clicks to collect prescription medication for me. I gave him my Clubcard, Medical Aid card and Credit Card. <br> <br> When he returned he informed me that the Clicks / medical aid on-line system rejected my prescription medication and that he had to pay with my credit card. I did not view this as a major problem, as I could submit my claim to my medical aid and be refunded, which I did. <br> <br> Imagine my horror when I learnt from my medical aid that Clicks had not only made me pay, but ALSO!! submitted a claim, and that the medical had refunded them. <br> <br> I tried calling Meyerton branch - all their numbers just ring. I guess they are too busy submitting ********** claims to answer their phones. <br> <br> I called their Head Office who told me that only the branch can handle it. They did however offer to contact the branch on my behalf - I hope they succeed. <br> <br> In the interim - nasty nasty Clicks!!!
