*****ent claim on my medical aid

Today in the morning i recived an email from my medical aid notification about a claim made by clicks mabopane square on the 20th February 2022. To my suprise i googled the clicks number to call Nd enquire about this claim as i have never been to clicks nor my daughter as we were all in church yesterday. A guy called katlego confirmed that medication was processed yesterday around 12 noon( the time my family and i were in church)... as inwas explaining that there is no way either of us could have been to clicks by that time i asked for a copy of signature from the person who signed for that medication or footage but was told there are no cameras and yesterday they had a challenge with printers so they dont have proof to give for people whonsigned after receiving medication? My question to him was it was not us as were were in church and can also prove that we were indeed in church on the said time... He just told me they dont know how to assist me... im so dissapointed that now i will need to pay for medication which was given without a receipt. This is highligly unfair im so dissapointed
