***** at Clicks Northgate/North Riding

12 June 2019 Case of ***** at Clicks Northgate/North Riding I have recorded my Chronic 6 month and a normal 6 month repeat script at Clicks Northgate. I had received my usual SMS that my medication has been collated and is ready for collection. I collected my meds and after paying the required levy went straight home. Please note that there was NO communication from anybody at the Clicks Northgate Dispensary Upon unpacking my medications, I noticed that my Menograine was under dispensed, my daughter and I counted 30 opposed to the required 240, additionally BankMed was charged for 240 tablets. I immediately returned to Clicks Northgate and bitterly complained. a) I was under dispensed 210 Menograine tablets b) Bankmed was charged for the full amount of Tablets c) NO communication from anybody at the Clicks Northgate Dispensary that I was under dispensed. d) In Addition, last month repeat I also was under supp**** by 30 tablets, again with no communication. e) All the above is a case of ***** in my humble opinion, as nothing was communicated to me. After my complained I was given 150 Menograine tablets, still short of 60 tablets additionally, I have to return to Clicks Northgate as they were still short of 60 tablets. I am a pensioner with a small Pension and now must make a 3rd trip to Clicks Northgate. I have 2 more repeats to collect and thereafter will never use the service of Clicks Northgate.
