My medical aid has been used **********ly at 3 different clicks stores in a space of 2 months. It was clicks Rosebank which were very helpful and reversed claims, Clicks Hydepark spoke to the pharmacy Manager who was not helpful at all, clicks Greenstone and this one's they never answer their phones. Tried calling the clicks Head office and they always refer me back to the relevant stores. I have never lost my personal belongings so I don't understand how clicks is dispensing medication without proper identification.
