Fourways mall refusing to accept a return from another store

I bought an item from mall of Africa clicks on Sunday (8 January 2023) it was a snuggletime baby product (fitted sheet to be exact) but wrong size, unused product. I came to fourways mall, and the clicks here refused to refund me or accept my return stating that they don't have stock of the product. I explained that I do not want another and a refund or voucher will be sufficient but the manager insisted it needs to be returned at mall of Africa. I advised her that I would be complaining about this and she said okay in her condensending attitude. No wonder everyone prefers dischem. This store is a joke
