Forgetting customers

The clicks I use is in a mall. The que for the door is below ground, out of site of the door. I've been standing here for approximately 20 minutes without a single person moving up the que. Does clicks management even know when people are in the que? Have you forgotten about us? Or are your tills just very slow and you haven't released any customers out your store? I would imagine you would move your customers quickly through your store to minimize exposure and service more customers in a day. Or don't you really care.
