Forceful searched

On 02.09.20 i went at clicks store johannesburg cbd Eloff &, Rahima Moosa St, City West, Johannesburg, 2000 to purchase a few items after completing my transections as i was about to go out of the store security asked me to open my bag and i said no the security , she then told me i wont leave the store unless they search me because they think they suspected me of *****ing as i refused to be searched the i asked that dont they have cctvs and sensometics for such as the store has cameras all over and i was told they search everyone whos exiting the store and it is because it is jhb cbd even their store manager Livingston Baloyi was rude towards me when i asked where is this policy written they said it is fedility rules which they must comply with and my slip was taken away from me by they security at the door if this is within the fedility policy that customers must be treated in this way i would like to see this written in black and white and i asked why other clicks stores they dont comply with such rules....i felt emberasesd ,humilated and violated as a customer as if i stole something in the store
