forced to buy a broken cough syrup

On the 19 of April. I went to clicks to buy a cough syrup. David from the pharmacy department. Told me I could not return a broken bottle cause I had already bought it. I asked Marie who was the manager/supervisor to assist she said clicks and the pharmacy have different policies and I should pay for the cough syrup. I asked her if they have a have baskets to put the medication she said no clicks don't have busket<br> <br> I left with a broken cough syrup which I did not use. This was unfair treatment from your employees. I am angry and not satisfies as a customer.
