On four separate occasions Clicks Pharmacy Glengariff billed my medical aid without my authority or consent for medication I had never collected - each time reversing the claims lodged with Discovery and offering promises of "it will not happen again".

After the fourth occasion I requested my original and/or copies of my prescriptions in order to relocate, only to be informed that they could not be found. More undertakings from Clicks Pharmacy Glengariff that they would contact me and continue searching. I have never received a call from any of the staff.

I am now forced to obtain a new script at my own cost and must consider laying a case with the South African Pharmacy Council. For your own health, avoid Clicks Pharmacy Glengariff at all cost.
